Yummy! This bakery originated in Japan and got so popular that it expanded a lot! (even to a place like the Puente Hills Mall). They've got 250 branches in Japan alone and now they have some in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Massachusetts, New York and even Hawaii.
The custard is not too sweet and the puff pastry is light and soft. It's best when eaten within a couple of hours because the custard makes the pastry soggy after awhile. They fill the puffs to order. They've got the original vanilla flavor as well as chocolate, green tea, and strawberry. Aside from cream puffs, they also sell MOCHI ICE CREAM, individual CHEESE CAKES, MANGO ICE SHOWER, FONDANT AU CHOCOLATE, and ECLAIR.
